Fierce All Star Cheer!

"Competitive Cheer is an explosive sport that requires a high level of conditioning - your first stunt needs to be as strong and explosive as your last. No matter if you are flying, tumbling or jumping, you need strong joints and muscles to prevent injury, stunt at a higher level and explode off the floor." -http://www.emspeedtraining.com

The picture shows 3 stunt groups, each in a simple prep, but then exciting and increasing the routine and stunt difficulty by throwing two fliers in a back-handspring motion out of the stunt. It is obviously very difficult and scary, therefore cheerleaders need to condition and build strength before trying these dangerous stunts.
